Is our data isolated from other tenants?
Yes. Every tenant-scoped table uses PostgreSQL row-level security. Queries without the correct app.current_tenant_id return zero rows at the database level — not the application level.
Can we keep our data in our own country?
Yes. Each tenant has a data_region attribute. On Scale and Enterprise plans we can deploy into region-pinned infrastructure (East Africa, West Africa, Europe, etc.) or your own VPC.
What about compliance — CBK, IRA, CMA, SACCOs?
The platform is built with audit logs, immutable version history, RBAC, content approval workflows, and consent management. We help you evidence compliance; we do not replace your compliance team.
Can we migrate from WordPress or Drupal?
Yes. We run content imports (markdown, HTML, CSV) during the sandbox phase. For large sites we provide a staged cutover with DNS-level rollback.
Do you support SSO?
Yes. Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and generic SAML 2.0 are supported out of the box. Session limits and MFA are enforced per tenant.
What is the uptime SLA?
99.9% on Starter, 99.95% on Scale, and 99.99% on Enterprise with a dedicated success manager. Incidents and planned maintenance are published at status.omnitrustdxp.com.
How do we get support?
Starter: email, 24-hour response. Scale: email + chat, 4-hour response. Enterprise: dedicated Slack channel + named success manager, 1-hour response for P1 incidents.
